Joanne joined New Dawn Resources in Aug 2015 and provides a high level of confidential HR administration support for the HR Business Partners. Jo’s 15 year administrative background includes working within both residential / educational childcare, and the medical industry.

Jo supports many functions of the business including HR administration, recruitment, training and payroll. Jo is usually first line of contact for the company and will point you in the right direction for any client queries.

She has the company of Pip (our lovable Springer) when the business partners are out visiting clients.

Jo spent many of her earlier years living and working in the USA, including Florida, Arizona and Colorado. Recently becoming a doting Grandma she still insists on calling nappies ‘diapers’!
