As we get to know you and your organisation, we can assist in finding a great person fit who has the skills and knowledge you need. We do not charge a finder’s fee as it is in all our interests to find you the best person for your role.
Our Process
We start by helping devising a job description and person specification. We also look at how you sell your company to prospective employees with you and benchmark roles to local and national rates.
We partner with a software provider who optimise the adverts that we agree with you and then distribute them across a wide variety of job platforms. These include but are not limited to Monster, Reed, Total Jobs, Monster, CV Library as well as LinkedIn and sector related platforms.
We can then monitor and filter the applications for you, carry out an initial phone or video interview and even organise and run a recruitment day for you with the short-listed candidates.
Cost
You can choose to control the process as much or as little as you want with full access to the portal and candidates. The initial set up fee is £800 and then every advert after will be £600. Screening and interviewing time is charged at our normal remote rate. We can give you an estimate of total costs at the start of your campaign.
